Ready-to-Ship Products: We process and dispatch all orders for in-stock items within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order and payment are confirmed.

Custom-Made Products (Wigs & Eyelashes): Processing time is unique to each project and will be clearly stated in your final order confirmation email. Production begins once the 50% deposit is received and the design is approved. The timeline provided in our email correspondence overrides the standard processing time.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders (outside of our warehouse country), the recipient is solely responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs authority. We cannot predict or control these fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to activate.
