The Delivery Time of Your Order
Your total delivery time consists of:

Processing Time: 3-7 working days for items that are in stock and ready to ship.

Transportation Time: Depends on the shipping method and your destination country (you can see the estimated timeframe during checkout).
*Please note: For items that are NOT IN STOCK or require special preparation, the processing time will be clearly stated on the product description page.
The Shipping Fee
The shipping cost is automatically calculated based on:

The easiest way to check shipping costs is to add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page, where you'll see all available shipping options and their corresponding fees.
Important Note: Deliveries to remote areas may incur additional shipping charges. If you're unsure whether your address is considered remote, feel free to contact us before ordering.

We will send the tracking number and a link to track your package to your registered email address as soon as your order has been processed and shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
Lost Package Policy
If your package is in transit for more than the following periods and still hasn't arrived:

Over 3 months for most destinations

Over 4 months for Brazil, Mexico, Chile & Argentina
Please contact us and we will initiate a full refund or reshipment (depending on stock availability).

Returns & Exchanges Sanctuary
Our return policy lasts 15 days from the date your order is delivered. If 15 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

Unworn, un-styled, and completely unaltered

In the same pristine condition as when you received it
-
In its original packaging with all tags attached
While we understand you may want to try the wig for fit, please ensure it remains clean and completely unmodified to maintain return eligibility.
To complete your return, we require your order number or proof of purchase.
Conditions Where Returns Cannot Be Accepted

Partial Returns: If you return only part of a multi-piece order, we cannot process a refund.

Used/Altered Items: Worn, styled, cut, or otherwise altered wigs cannot be returned.

Custom Orders: All custom-made wigs and special order items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Final Sale Items: Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

Unauthorized Refusals: Packages refused without authorization will be charged the full return shipping cost. This applies if you forget to accept delivery and the parcel is returned to us. If you wish to receive the items again, you will need to pay the new shipping fee.
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in these situations:

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery
Important Return Instructions
Please contact us at calicokami3@gmail.com to receive the correct return address and return authorization before shipping your items back. Unauthorized returns that result in lost packages cannot be refunded.
Return Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping must be covered by the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
